Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through this website are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. The Guest agrees that all payments made are accurate and authorized.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed for the selected dates. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases involving severe weather conditions or natural events that make the property inaccessible or unsafe, as determined solely by the Host.

3. Date Changes and Modifications

Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and must be approved by the Host. Additional charges may apply. The Host reserves the right to decline any modification requests.

4. Guest Responsibility

The Guest agrees to:

• Fill up and provide their correct information details
• Treat the property with care and respect
• Follow all house rules provided
• Be liable for any damages, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay

Any damages incurred may result in additional charges.

5. Occupancy and Use

Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the property. Unauthorized guests or events may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

6. Check-in / Check-out

Guests agree to comply with the designated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval.

7. Cancellation by Host

In rare and unavoidable circumstances, the Host reserves the right to cancel bookings due to reasons beyond control (e.g., maintenance issues, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Host shall not be held liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during the stay

Guests stay at the property at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure

The Host shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Agreement Confirmation

By ticking the "I Agree" checkbox, the Guest confirms that they:

• Have read and understood all terms stated above
• Voluntarily agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions
• Acknowledge that this constitutes a legally binding agreement
